Customer may request changes to order.

When shopping for the order. Click on Green button to see any chat messages from the customer. This is very important that you see these messages and go over any requests from the customer. Please read carefully as this is very important for customer satisfaction and can help reduce lot of order issues.

1. You can respond to the customer "I will try my best"

2. If they ask to add any items, let them know that we cannot take add item requests on the channel as we cannot charge the credit card. Please create another order.
