How to add a new item to the order

This is a walk-through of how to add a new item to the order. Sometimes a customer may ask for additional items after he has placed an order. Please see step by step instructions in the video below:

1. To add a new item, tap on the plus icon on the top right corner of the screen. 

2. You can now search for the item you want to add to the order. Once you find the item, add the correct quantity of the item you have shopped for. Tap on the "Add" button to add the item.

Please note customer will be charged for the new item.

Sometimes the app will not allow you to add new item if it is higher priced. This is due to the fact, that we cannot add items when the credit card is not authorized for additional amount. In this case, ask the customer to place another order at the same time and we will refund the delivery fee from the new order.
