Order Delayed

Due to the announcement of National Emergency on Friday, all stores are extremely busy. Please understand these are unusual times and we are making every effort to serve the community in these hard times.


The stores are super busy and are not able to shop your order since the stores are completely swamped. In addition, the stores are running out of supplies.


Currently, we will deliver any order that is shopped by the store as soon as we can. Please note, the store will substitute the items with any brand available. We will not be making any refunds for substitutes.


At this point, we are not sure when the stores will have appropriate supplies/time to shop your order. We are trying our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Most likely your order will be delivered sometime during next week.

We may also need to cancel your order as it may take more time to get the stocks back at the store. We will let you know if that happens. 

You can see the status of your order in AVOCADO app.


In case, you want to cancel the order, please go to the AVOCADO App. Go to Menu -> Orders -> Select your order and you can cancel the order by clicking the Cancel button as in the image below.
