Referral Code Terms of Use
For a AVOCADO user (or “Referrer”) to receive the referral reward stated in the user's account and for each new customer (each a “Referral” or “Referee”) to receive the promotional offer, each new customer (“Referree”) must use the Referrer-provided promo code by the expiration date indicated in the Referrer’s account; after the order using the Referrer-provided promo code is fulfilled, the Referrer will receive the reward for each such redemption. Limit 1 referral promo code redemption per Referee and 10 referral promo code redemptions per Referrer. Code may only be used in one order. Code cannot be used retroactively for prior purchases. Discount will be applied to the total purchase price for all non-alcohol products. Code cannot be applied to alcohol products. In order to take advantage of this offer, customers must have a valid account on avocadonext.com with a valid form of accepted payment on file. AVOCADO reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
Referrals and Promo Codes Terms of Use
1. Referrals and Promo Codes cannot be made to members of the same household, people living at same apartment/house, people sharing the same phone, people sharing the same credit card or related user accounts. Referral codes will become zero when placing the order if used by members as described above. Code may not be sold, copied, modified, or transferred. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. Code has no cash value. AVOCADO is not a retailer or seller. AVOCADO may not be available in all zip or post codes.
2. Once a promo or referral code is applied, your credits become available on your account. There is, however, a limit of $5 on the credit available for each order for all promo or referral codes. Remaining credits are available to be applied to subsequent orders.
