Min order size for Free Delivery is $40 for most stores. When your order is shopped some items may not be available and hence your final order size becomes smaller, hence you are charged delivery fee.

In order to avoid delivery fee completely, we suggest our users to order little more than $40. So that, even if some items are not available, the final order size is still greater than $40.
